  • Quality sleep is so dependent on our sleep timing and complementing our circadian rhythm. I recommend downloading a daily routine to follow for 1-2 weeks before purchasing further help.

    If needed, we can hop on an intro call. This is our chance to meet and discuss your child’s sleep. We will decide if we are a good fit for working together

  • If you need more help, fill out the inquiry form and Nichole will reach out to you to answer any questions you may have before moving forward with the Baby or Toddler Sleep Plan program.

  • Purchase the Baby or Toddler sleep plan program depending on the age of your child. Both plans include video and PDF forms of all the information you need to know to transform your child’s sleep! They all come with emails support from Nichole to solve any bumps you may have along the way.
